Jonas founded his first business, Combell, as a teenager and had already built it into Belgium’s best rated hosting provider – with some major M&A under its belt – by the time he encountered Hg. Since then Combell and Trans IP combined, closely followed by the addition of Register, to create, a European hosting group with over 2 million customers.

Elizabeth poses the question: how do you maintain the entrepreneurial spirit which fueled your early success when transitioning into the management of an international group of companies and all the complexity that requires?
